You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPS Booster Pro+ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.
While we have designed the Software to be compatible with major anti-cheat systems (Vanguard, VAC, Easy Anti-Cheat, etc.), we cannot guarantee compatibility with all anti-cheat systems. Use of the Software is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any bans or penalties imposed by game developers or anti-cheat systems.
You may not use the Software:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately.
All content, features, and functionality of the Software, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software code, are owned by FPS Booster Pro+ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
