Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
• You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or transaction ID)
• The Software does not meet the advertised specifications for your system
• You experience technical issues that we cannot resolve through support

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Your order confirmation email or transaction ID
• The email address used for purchase
• Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

We will respond to your refund request within 2-3 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase
• Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:

• More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
• The Software was purchased during a promotional sale with explicit "no refund" terms
• You are unable to provide proof of purchase
• The refund request is made due to system incompatibility that was clearly stated in system requirements

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend your access to the Software and future updates.

We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues and process your refund properly.

6. License Revocation

Upon receiving a refund, your license to use FPS Booster Pro+ will be revoked. You must:

• Uninstall the Software from all devices
• Cease all use of the Software
• Delete any downloaded copies of the Software

7. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive the full purchase amount back.

8. Refunds for Promotional Purchases

If you purchased the Software during a promotional period or at a discounted price, your refund will be for the amount you actually paid, not the regular retail price.

9. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. If currency conversion is required, the refund amount will be based on the exchange rate at the time of refund processing, which may differ from the original purchase rate.
